Delivery

All orders are offered with complimentary express shipping. All items require a signature at the time of delivery.

Lead Time

Upon receipt of the order, you will receive a confirmation. A team member will reach out within 1-2 business days with an order update or a tracking number.

Lead-times vary by item type. If the piece is in stock we are able to dispatch the items promptly. The preponderance of our pieces are carefully crafted for the particular patron, this diligence requires a 4-6 week shipping window. Rings in particular require a 4-6 week lead time, to accomodate sizing. Custom pieces require a 6-8 week shipping window once the drafting has been finalized and approved. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We are pleased to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.

Cancellations

You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of shipping window notice. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with production. All sales are final after the 24 hours window has closed.

International Orders

For international customers, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier.

Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control. As part of routine inspections carried out by US Customs, orders valued over $2,500 may be subject to a further information request via our nominated courier including the shipping receiver's IRS number. This is a routine requirement requested by US Customs for clearance of the shipment.

The courier may reach out for additional information, or forms to be filled out. If the case for information from the shipper (Lo Loor) is required, please reach out to let us know, so that we may promptly assist.
